Videography

Living Memoirs

Documentary interviews, family films and short films for local businesses. I'm good at getting people to relax in front of a camera, and that's most of the job.

01

The people you love, on film

A Living Memoir is a filmed conversation with someone in your family, so their stories, and the sound of their voice, are kept. I set up a few cameras somewhere comfortable, usually their own front room, and ask the questions you and your family have chosen.

You end up with a proper film to keep and share, not a shaky phone video.

02

Two old friends, one sofa

Frankie and Lance travelled together forty years ago. I got them back on the same sofa, set up the cameras and let them talk.

Cut for the phone

Then I cut the best moments into short vertical reels for Instagram and Facebook. Same people, same warmth, built for a phone screen.

03

Men's mental health

John talks honestly about his mental health and what exercise has done for him. Filmed for Men's Health Week with Trimwise Fitness.

04

For local businesses

Short films for a gym, a car club and a cafe. Each one shot to feel the way the place does when you walk in.

Functional fitness and active recovery, cut to the pace of the session.
Westonzoyland Car Club: old metal, loud engines and good people.
White Post Cafe: warm, busy and properly welcoming.
